DCSL Webinar Series 7 - The Company Secretary and the New Normal

The Webinar which took place on Friday June 26th, 2020 was facilitated by Ms. Anne Agbo, Head, Company Secretarial Practice, DCSL Corporate Services Ltd. Ms. Anne Agbo holds an MSc in Corporate Governance and Accountability from the University of Glasgow, Scotland and is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife. She has extensive experience in Corporate and Commercial law practice, and expertise in managing the compliance requirements of companies in the financial sector of the Nigerian economy. Anne has been involved with coordinating Board and General Meetings and has also built strong relationships with various Regulatory Agencies over the years.
