DCSL Corporate Social Responsibility Policy

For us at DCSL Corporate Services Ltd, reaching out to the communities in which we live and work is part of our DNA. We understand the impact our business creates on these communities and have thus decided to focus our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives around the following key areas:

• Education;
• Health;
• Corporate Governance; and
• Environment

Our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives are delivered through training, sponsorships, donations, partnering and employee volunteering. .

Sponsorship Process

We give priority to proposals that clearly articulate the planned impact of efforts, as well as clear metrics by which the impact is measured. We shall also work with organizations to set up appropriate structures that will engender good corporate governance where the beneficiary entity meets our eligibility criteria.

Criteria for eligibility

• The Organization has a legal status – registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
• The Organization is run on not-for- profit basis.
• The Organization has a track record of activities in one or more areas within our area of coverage for a minimum of two (2) years.
• The Organization keeps proper books and records.
