DCSL Digest 8th Publication

As part of the policy changes and focus of the Federal Government of Nigeria on local content and ease of doing business, the National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion (NOTAP) reviewed the Guidelines for the Registration and Monitoring of Technology Transfer Agreements in Nigeria in April 2018. The Guidelines were first published in 1994 and had been revised only in 2011 before the extant review. The review became necessary to incorporate new trends in doing business and aspirations of both government and the organised private sector
